2008 Terms and Conditions
Reservations:

The All-Inclusive Paradisus Palma Real Resort is the Headquarters Hotel for the AWIG 2008 Meeting. Because the occupancy rate is always greater than 90% throughout the year, attendees are urged to make their hotel reservations EARLY in order to guarantee reservation at the special rates negotiated.

Once the reservation is confirmed, the total cost – including the Registration Fee - will be immediately debited from the credit card submitted.

Please print and save the e-mail confirmations of your reservation and payments, and present them to the hotel at the time of check-in.

All incidental charges not covered under the terms of this agreement and incurred during the stay are to be settled prior to check-out.

Any reservations made after March 9, 2008, will be on a ‘space available’ basis.

Please note that if accommodation has been secured elsewhere, access to the Paradisus Palma Real Resort between 9.00 AM and 6.00 PM will require a ‘day pass’ at a cost of US$120.00, and between 6.00 PM and 2.00 AM a ‘night pass’ at a cost of US$150.00.

Payments
AWIG accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal.

All payments made online do not represent incidental charges, room charges, and/or changes to the structure of your reservation. The final balance will not be known until checkout, and therefore the amount paid at "sign-up" is considered an "initial payment" and not a "final payment" for your reservation.

Cancellations and Changes
There will be a refund of 65% for cancellations made 90 days prior to the meeting - January 22, 2008.

There will be a refund of 50% for cancellations made 60 days prior to the meeting – February 22, 2008.

All cancellations and changes must be made in writing, via email to reservations@awig.org.

Once reservations have been confirmed there is a charge of $25/change to alter reservations.
Passports and Visa Requirements
It is the responsibility of all those traveling to obtain relevant information and appropriate documentation.

AWIG accepts no responsibility for changes in documentation requirements or for any departure or entry denials.
